Hello my name is Johnny Carrillo and I am the Owner and Primary Inspector of Terra Property Inspections.

I am a proud alumni of Bishop Amat Memorial High School in La Puente, California. I graduated in 1985.  

I earned a Fire Science Certificate from Mt. San Antonio College in Walnut, California. I dabbled in Construction, and then decided to become a route sales rep for Sparkletts water where I worked for 10 years.

I have lived in the beautiful Inland Empire since 1992. I have become very familiar with many types of properties throughout the San Bernardino, Riverside, Orange and Los Angeles counties.

In 2007, I aquired my first certification from a national franchise called National Property Inspections. I was extensively trained by NPI in all facets of the inspection industry.  My thorough training and education helped me run an NPI franchise for 10 years.  In 2017, I branched out on my own as Terra Property Inspections and continue my inspection education with NACHI. Even though our name has changed, the same priniciples apply: Honesty, Integrity and Professionalism. 

!!!!!! The state of California does not require property inspectors to be licensed.  It is crucial that you hire a certified inspector that participates in continuing education. !!!!!!

My second certification is from the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI). ID#NACHI07083005. InterNACHI requires it's inspectors to continue their education by providing them with the latest in industry courses that pertain to new building components and inspection methods. They must also abide by their Standards of Practice and represent themselves ethically and professionally.
