OUR PROJECTS (CURRENT AND FORMER)We are hired by Construction Risk Management companies to periodically inspect properties that are being built from the ground up. In the industry, these are called Construction Progress Inspections, aka Draw Inspections. We visit the site monthly to review the on-going construction of the structures. Our status reports can consist of change orders, verify line items, materials usage/locations, review of % of completion, provide pictures for records, plus much more. These reports are sent to client for review, to inform lender of next phase of construction and/or to release funds. At times, these projects can last a few months or a few years. With every new project, i'm given an opportunity to either hone in on my expertise or learn something new.

CHELSEA SANTA MONICA – The ground-up construction of a luxury apartment/penthouse building located in the heart of Santa Monica. Two underground parking levels and retail space included.
